Any job offer will be overseen by the consultant and once accepted the consultant will provide assistance and support at the often unpleasant resignation stage.

End goal - Working in a fast paced, expansion recruitment environment, it is imperative we work together with your end goal in mind. When discussing a role we enquire into the ideal start date and schedule in interviews appropriately. We therefore know what your aims are and convey this when interviewing candidates. Everyone is working to a specific deadline from start to finish.

Finding candidates

Networking - GCS employs a wide range of networking tools and techniques to ensure a regular flow of fresh talent. We will draw on our existing network of sales and management candidates and external contacts to identify passive candidates in the market that could potentially be of interest to you, the client.

Advertising - We will also look to source candidates from third party CV repositories and through advertising across relevant web media.

Database - Our purpose build database is continually updated on an hourly basis with relevant and available candidates - thus providing a rich source of candidates across the UK.

Exclusivity - Should you require, a dedicated Resource Consultant can be allocated to your account to provide an ongoing pipeline of candidates. They will focus on your account to fully understand the culture of the company and get an in depth insight into the type of candidate best suited to your organisation.

GCS will maintain the highest professional standards when representing both the client and the candidate.

  • All candidates will be treated with the utmost consideration and respect at all times.
  • Candidate information will be treated in the strictest confidence at all times.
  • All candidate applications will be acknowledged in writing/email on receipt of application or soon after.
  • Candidates will be kept informed of the progress of their application as and when their status in the recruitment process changes.
  • All enquiries from candidates will be responded to in a timely fashion, where possible on the day or as soon thereafter as practical.
  • Candidates not selected will be informed promptly and adequate positive feedback will be offered.
